High level description of the Job
1. Maintains complete autonomy for the management of the business project to meet the needs of the business, as outlined in the business case and articulated by the steering committee 2. Coaches and mentors project team members 3. Maintains and controls the project budget, schedule and resources 4. Responsible for project planning, resource allocation, steering committee leadership and team organizational structure management 5. Manages project financials for resources and assets including monthly accruals and forecasting Responsible for project communications 6. Manages project scope, risk and issue resolution Responsible for quality of project deliverables 7. Responsible for ensuring that the project can deliver the benefits outlined in the business case and that it meets the reasonable expectations of end users 8. Must have senior communication skills with executive presence skills and influence Monitor program execution for expected performance.
